We are 3 students in Veterinary Medicine and a room is free from July to January!
This is a big house on 2 floors with a large garden located in Boncelles, less than 10min drive from the FMV / CHU / Blanc Gravier. Close to all shops (Bakery, Carrefour, Aldi, Colruyt, Pharmacy ... )
The house is composed of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a laundry (with washing machine) and 4 large bedrooms of about 25m2.
The free room has a bed + mattress & a desk!
The rent + charges (gas / electricity / garbage / internet) is 300 euros / month!
Pets admitted, we have two cats : )
