The neighbourhood and the street are very quiet. The neighbours are mainly belgian families or EU civil servants.

The flat is made up of a full equipped kitchen, a living room with clic-clac (convertible bed), an area with shower and sink and a private toilet.

The rent is 550 euros/month ALL included. We require also a deposit of 550€. We rent for 3 months minimum.
The rent includes water, gas, electricity, central heating, teledistribution, internet high speed (wifi and cable). Insurance "abandon de recours" included.
The equipment is complete and in perfect condition.

A little private laundry room is located in the basement of the house. This service is optional and not included in the rent (4€/washing).

We rent only to trainees of the E.U. institutions and related organizations.
We only answer to communications from the trainee himself. We don't deal with intermediates.
